Weather Forecast: As of Thursday morning, it looks like the rain will stop a few hours before the ride. Winds from the NorthEast at ~12mph. Temps in the mid-50's. Game on!

Planned after-work road ride from Harter Middle School.
 
This is a NO DROP ride.  While it is likely that cyclists will separate into separate groups during the ride, there will be a sweep for slower riders (must be able to maintain a minimum 16 MPH average).  You must be comfortable with a fast pace, climbing and riding in pacelines (as allowed).  Everyone needs to have the ride course on their GPS/phone and/or a printout of map and cue sheet. NOTE: No rest stop/water opportunity for this route. Plan ahead.

Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our safety protocols and cycling rules.

1) Rear lights mandatory.
2) Front lights strongly recommended as daylight will likely be low by the time everyone returns.
3) High visibility apparel also recommended.


Please bring a change of clothes as many of us will plan post-ride meal and re-hydration at a location TBD each week.
OK, for this time of year where the ride distance is dictated by the time of the sunset, it's hard to pass up the 8:00-9:00 HALF PRICE! Happy Hour at Crosstown Pub & Grill in Batavia (just off of Randall Rd. & the Post Office) Also,1/2 Price WINGS all Day!
