Part bike ride and part charitable donation food drive.
Cranksgiving 2023 is almost here! When you ride in this year’s Cranksgiving, you’ll be helping the Salvation Army St. Charles (Tri-City) Corps provide meals to local families in need.
You in? Here’s what you have to do!
- On November 11th, ride your bike to your local grocery store and pick up food items.
- Then ride your bike to The Bike Rack to drop them off between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- Feel free to just drop off items or stay for the outdoor gathering.
- We will drop off your donations to the Salvation Army St. Charles (Tri-City) Corps in time for Thanksgiving distribution.
We will have a bike ride on the Great Western Trail between 12 and 2. Set your own mileage. You don't have to ride to drop off food.
The Bike Rack will be serving hot cider, coffee, and tea all day for Cranksgiving participants
Starting atnoonwe will be serving tasty beverages from D&G Brewery as well
