Planned after-work road ride from Kane County Government Center on a ~26-mile loop.  Route does not have a water stop so please plan accordingly.


Majority of route is paved though there could be a few limestone sections.  Cross/trail/gravel bikes recommended but road bikes should be OK.

This is a DROP ride. Cyclists will likely separate during the course of the ride and not re-group.  You must be comfortable with a fast pace, climbing and riding in pace lines (as allowed).  Everyone needs to have the ride course on their GPS/phone and/or a printout of map and cue sheet.  Anyone who falls back will need to continue on their own or return to start (there is no SAG).

Front & Rear lights MANDATORY.  High visibility apparel recommended.

Please bring a change of clothes as many of us will plan to visit 93 Octane Brewery, 1825 Lincoln Hwy, St. Charles, IL for post-ride meal and beverages.
