This Intermediate Low ride features an average moderate pace of 12-14 MPH on mostly trails and some roads, slight elevation is possible.

There will be one rest stop for water/snack on side of road.  This is a 24 mile route north with a Capone Hill challenge, then south on FRT.
 
This is a No Drop ride.

NOTE:  As of Aug 9, front and rear lights now REQUIRED due to sunset before 8pm.  Hi-Viz apparel recommended.
