For safety, FRONT AND REAR LIGHTS ARE REQUIRED and Hi-Viz apparel recommended.  Sunset is at 7:00pm, and the goal is to complete the ride by 7:15pm before darkness sets in.

This Intermediate ride features an average faster pace of 14-16 MPH on a combination of paved trails, crushed limestone trails, and side streets that may include some slight to moderate elevation.

There will be one quick rest stop as needed for water/snack on side of road.

This is a No Drop ride.

Route

Flat 18-mile route starts from Kane County Government Center in Geneva heading southwest and looping north through Mill Creek. Head back through Peck Farm and east through side streets to KCGC.

Slight winds for Wednesday evening out of the north / northeast, so will have the wind at our back on the way out, slight head wind coming back but on side streets.  We have the option of adding a few extra miles...
