Morning Intermediate Ride 14-16 MPH w Jeff L

We will ride a 50 mile loop from Headwaters Park to Cortland.  There is an optional restroom stop at Sycamore Park (mile 18), a gas station stop in Cortland (mile 25), and an optional restroom stop at Long Grove Preserve (mile 38).

We will target an overall ride average pace of 14-16 MPH

This is a No Drop ride.  Riders may occasionally accordion out, but we will regroup at all major turns.
