FRIDAY RIDE FROM EAST DUNDEE

Route: Depot in East Dundee on the trail toward Crystal Lake

Speed: 12 - 14 mph (NO DROP)
Mileage: We are winging it.

Rest Stop:TBD - possibly an out and back and a coffee stop in East Dundee

Please arrive in time for a prompt 10:00 am start time.

Note: 

- This Low Intermediate ride may include speeds at a faster pace at times.

- There will be stops along the way to regroup.

- Helmet and rear lights are required; front lights & high visibility apparel are recommended. 

- Have your bicycle in good working order (include a tube and tools to fix any dreaded flats).

- Bring water, snacks and dress in layers if the weather is cool.

- No music please.
