NEW START TIME - 8:00 AM: Intermediate Trail (13-14 mph) Ride

About this event

Early start due to the forecasted heat. Planned ~35 mile trail ride from BRW to Oswego with a stop at Village Grind. A second water stop is available about 1/3 the way through.  Planned pace will be ~13-14 mph.

Vast majority of this route is paved.  Recommend cross/hybrid/gravel bikes but road bikes with wide tires should be OK.  Due to forecasted extreme heat, also recommend bringing as much water as possible.

This is a NO DROP ride.  Accordion riding expected (riders may separate and regroup (at safe distance) at major turns).  Objective is to keep everyone together during the majority of the ride at the advertised pace.

Strongly suggest you have a map/cue sheet of the route and/or loaded on your GPS/phone.  Rear lights required.  Front lights and high-visibility apparel strongly recommended to enhance personal safety.

Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our safety protocols and cycling rules.

You may want to bring a change of clothes as many of us may plan a post-ride meal at a local restaurant based on group interest.

Hope to see your there!
