Choose among our daily mileage options for a total between approximately 200 to 375 miles, consisting mainly of quiet rural roads as well as some trails. Proceeds benefit GIBT’s host Ride Illinois, a nonprofit bicycle advocacy organization, and support our mission to make Illinois better through biking.

Our fully supported tour basics:

• Five overnight stays at hotels arranged by the tour. This year, we have two tiers of hotels, based on their price differences.
• Four travel day routes with distances between 45 to 55 miles, with longer route options available. Two layover days with options from (0 or) 18 to 58 miles, with canoeing optional.
• RideWithGPS audio cues and printed cue sheets will be provided for navigation. (Find more information in “Route, Mileage, and Navigation” below.)
• SAG (pickup) support, refreshment and water stops, and t-shirt are included. Local bike shops will be providing expert bike repair.
• Luggage transportation, hotel breakfasts, and evening receptions. One catered dinner for the six-day tour riders, with others ‘on-your-own’ at nearby restaurants.
