Fox Valley Bicycle & Ski Club is partnering with Bombay Bicycle Club Madison (BBC) to offer some incredible fall metric centuries! Join the ride at the scheduled time or download route to enjoy at a time that’s convenient for you. Enjoy the cooler weather, vibrant fall colors and rolling hills. If you join the BBC group ride, please be aware that the group starts together but rarely stays together as everyone takes hills at different speeds. So there is no published speed for the ride as everyone takes it at their own speed. You should have a copy of the route downloaded and be able to navigate on your own if necessary.
BBC Metric Century - Aztalan Odyssey
The ride passes through Cottage Grove and Deerfield before going around Rock Lake and through the village of Lake Mills. Several miles to the east, you will pass one of the most important archeological sites in Wisconsin at Aztalan State Park along the Crawfish River. Learn more about its history at https://dnr.wisconsin.gov/topic/parks/aztalan/history. We return through Deerfield and to the south of Cottage Grove.
