This Intermediate road ride will target an overall ride pace of 14-16 MPH.  The route is 51 miles with gas station stops at DeKalb (mile 21) and Maple Park (mile 41).  The total elevation change for this route is about 800 feet.

Wind is predicted to be out of the West, so we should have a nice tailwind on the way back.

Temps are predicted to be mid 50s at the start of the ride and mid 60s at the end of the ride.

This is a No Drop ride.  We may accordion out on some stretches, but will always regroup at all turns.
